Muse points measure how much you use Muse, the AI assistant. One point equals one cent of AI model cost, so a typical request costs about 3 points on Sonnet and about 8 points on Opus. Free includes 20 points a month, Pro 400 and Premium 1500.
A cloud project is a project you own that is saved in TuttiDAW's cloud, so you can open it anywhere and invite collaborators. Projects others invite you to don't count, and Local Studio projects (kept in your browser or by the desktop app) are unlimited on every plan. Free includes 1 cloud project; Pro and Premium include unlimited cloud projects.
A first monthly Pro subscription costs $4 a month for the first 3 months. After that it renews automatically at $12 a month; cancel anytime before then if you don't want to continue. Muse includes 100 points a month during the intro months and the full 400 after. Yearly plans and Premium are full price from day one.
Yes, any time from your Account. Switching is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period.
Muse pauses until your monthly points reset at the start of the next month (UTC). On Pro and Premium you can buy a point pack to keep going right away. Everything else in TuttiDAW keeps working as usual.
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in your Account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to Free.
Your projects stay. Cloud projects above the Free limit keep working; you just can't create new cloud projects until you are back within it. If you use more than the Free storage (2 GB), nothing is deleted: you just can't upload new files until you are back under the limit or upgrade again.
No. You can join anyone's project and collaborate in real time for free, with unlimited collaborators. Projects others invite you to don't count toward your limit; on Free you own 1 cloud project yourself.
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which also processes refund requests. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us or Paddle.
Paddle calculates sales tax or VAT for your country at checkout. Depending on where you live, it is either included in the price shown or added at checkout.
