Joint Local Studio empowers you to fully control your data without privacy concerns. Your audio projects are stored in your file system, not in the cloud.
You can version control your audio projects with your familiar version control software such as Git or SVN. This allows you to easily track changes and collaborate with others.
Joint Local Studio supports all basic effects parity with cloud studio. You can create and edit audio files with ease, without sacrificing functionality.
Local Studio is for people who want a real DAW in the browser but do not want their audio in someone else’s cloud. Projects are plain folders on your disk, opened through the File System Access API. Back them up, sync them with your own tools, or check them into Git like any other repository.
When you later want to record with others in real time, the same editor works in the cloud studio - nothing to relearn.
