Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These terms govern your use of TuttiDAW (tuttidaw.com, "the service"), an online digital audio workstation (in the browser and as a desktop app) operated by Suzhou Zhishimiaoyan Software Technology Co., Ltd. ("WeaveJam", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

TuttiDAW lets you record, edit and mix audio in your browser or the desktop app, alone or together with other people in a shared project. Two modes exist:

  • Cloud Studio — projects and audio are stored on our servers so you can collaborate in real time.
  • Local Studio — projects and audio are stored in your own file system; nothing is uploaded unless you explicitly export or move a project to the cloud.

The service is under active development. Features may change, be added or be removed. We will not remove your access to content you created without the notice described below.

Your account

You need an account for the Cloud Studio. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service; if you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you may only use TuttiDAW with a parent or guardian's supervision.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, and you may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@tuttidaw.com.

Your content

You keep every right to the music and audio you create or upload. We claim no ownership over your recordings, projects or exports.

So the product can function, you grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, process and back up your content — solely to operate and improve the service (for example: streaming audio to your collaborators, rendering a mixdown you requested, or running an AI separation job you started). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual copies in backups, which expire on the backup rotation schedule.

You are responsible for the content you bring. Do not upload material you have no right to use, and do not use the service to infringe anyone's copyright. We respond to credible infringement notices and may remove content that violates them; send notices to contact@tuttidaw.com.

Collaboration

When you invite people into a project, they can see and edit that project's contents. Removing a collaborator stops future access but does not undo what they already heard, edited or exported. Think before you share a session.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break, probe or overload the service, or access other people's projects without an invitation;
  • resell the service or scrape it wholesale;
  • upload malware or unlawful content;
  • use the service to harass others.

Plans and payment

TuttiDAW has a free plan and two paid plans, Pro and Premium, plus one-time Muse point packs; what each includes and its current price are on the pricing page. The free plan includes one cloud project you own (projects others invite you to don't count) and unlimited local projects. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoices, sales tax and VAT, and questions about payments and returns, under the Paddle buyer terms.

Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. Introductory prices: if you start Pro with the monthly introductory price, the introductory price applies to the first three monthly payments; from the fourth month Pro renews at the regular monthly price shown at checkout unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal of your account; the plan then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and is not renewed. You can switch between Pro and Premium or between monthly and yearly billing at any time; the difference is prorated and charged or credited right away. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If a paid plan ends, nothing is deleted: your projects stay yours and keep working, the free plan's limits apply again (you can't create more cloud projects than it includes, and storage above the free quota blocks new uploads, not existing files), and you can always export projects for local editing.

Inactive free accounts

If nobody signs in to a free account for 12 months, we archive its cloud projects. We e-mail you twice beforehand (about a month and a week before), and signing in once is enough to keep everything. When a project is archived, we e-mail you a download of it as a .tutti file - the complete project with all its audio, which you can import back into TuttiDAW at any time (see Restore an archived project) - and then delete it from the cloud. Download links stay valid for 180 days. Your account itself is not deleted. Pro and Premium accounts are never archived, and a project a collaborator still works on is kept.

Muse points

Muse, the built-in AI assistant, is metered in points: one point covers one US cent of AI model cost, and what a request costs depends on the model and on how much it reads and writes. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets on the 1st (UTC) and does not roll over. Purchased points never expire and are used after the monthly allowance. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. To keep the service fair for everyone we may limit how many requests run at once, or pause Muse temporarily.

Refunds

If you are not happy with a purchase, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment at contact@tuttidaw.com or through Paddle. We refund the first payment of a subscription and unused point packs in full; renewals and partly used point packs are refunded at our discretion. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.

AI features

Some features process your audio or your project with machine-learning models. Stem separation, transcription and noise suppression run in your browser; Muse sends your requests and the relevant project details to our AI model provider to produce its answers. Your content is processed only to provide the feature you asked for; it is not used to train models.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that bugs will never eat an unsaved take — export and back up work that matters. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD 10 if you paid nothing).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will note the date at the top and, for significant changes, announce them in the product or by e-mail before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
